I just heard from a from in Ktm that there was an explosion in Pashupati Temple. I don't know how far it is true, but that is what i was told. Please forgive me if this news happens to be false. I am alarmed myself.

If Pashupatinath can not defend itself, how can it degend for Nepalese.
We have to change our saying that "Pashupatinath le kalyan na garun".

Your view is moronic. Just because Buddha couldn't defend his statues in
Afganistan doesn't mean Taliban was justified in obliterating his statues. Nobody
says Pashupati can defend himself,ok. Pashupati is our cultural heritage. We
need to protect it.

I agree with Biswo. Pashupatinath is our cultural heritage and we need to stay away from it. Whatever our differences, the places of worship should remain untouched.
I apologize if the Maoists did indeed plant the bomb inside the temple.

Pashupati Nath Temple is a world heritage site, one of the holiest hindu temple and focul point of our faith. Any attempt to sabotage this temple will be very a national tragedy.
Fortunately, this news is not true.
