If I am not mistaken, Mongolia recently announed its support for
the peace zone Nepal proposal,the proposal which was once the
cornorstone of Nepal's foreign policy, but seems to be in
hibernation since 2046.
Did our diplomats in Beijing work for it? If so, then it means
the proposal is still alive? What I still have to understand is
when will this proposal be considered ratified? I actually don't
even know the significance of this proposal being ratified,in
terms of the benefit it will bring to Nepalese community.
