You are absolutely right . It should be Umesh Giri. He was the one who stood against Sailaja in the midterm election. In fact he is regarded as son in law in Biratnagar because he married someone from Marwadior terai Nepali. I still remember the stir he created when he stood for member of Rastriya panchayat then. By the way looking back the records of Khum Bdr. Khadka it is not impossible that he may be sheltering Umesh Giri too.
