I could see 36users online, which is a quite big number
I had ever seen here at Sajha.com
531 unique users.
San, does this unique users mean, peoples who accessed
to this site have used 531 unique IP addresses? Then,
its a getting stronger. We have to be more responsible
and more accountable ????
Usually, organizations fail when they grow day by
day (grow into biz. not go into biz type biz. houses)
and become uncontrollable, i.e. peoples in management
fail to realize the importance of their customer, but, want
to be reach and leave the scene as if its the right chance
and it may go soon: like Bubble economy in Japan. I wish
our Sajha.com should not pass through uncontrollable stage and
so that, we always remain hot, vibrant, and with full of fun.
Lets see the organizations they failed when the high ranking
officers in the organization failed to catch what public support means:
1. Enron : you all know it.
2. Nepali Congress Party in 2046 movment and now. How they
misused public support.
3. Maoists before Table talk drama and after that.
4. Nepalnews.com discussion forum and polling booth.
5. Kantipuronline discussion forum.
6. Japanese Economy. Japanese made the country just
in 30years, from poor to richest ni the world. But, the
rampant corruption inside big. biz house and politics
was never checked, and failed the bubble economy. Now,
all most big. biz house are suspected to have suffered
corruptioin from top level executive officers.
7. ..........Lets Hope our Sajha.com posters will not
misuse this site to bring it here under 7th number example.
This posting is not directed to San, because San is just a web
master who listen to us, and its not he who should be moving
"LATHI liyeara" all the time to control like in a public school
(when I used to student, the head master of my schools used
to carry big stick all the time like Police), but, we posters
should control our emtions, intentions, and interests for those
unique visitors. These unique visitors are our customers,
and if we disappoint them, your interest to write things here
will die because there are no readers, right? We (posters) should
work for the benefit of readers, so that they enjoy and return
next time. One of my uncle who recently visited Japan, was surprised
(he was mostly in Africa and arab and south east asia) to find
the shop keepers/attendants smiling on him when he was just
picking up things from well maintained stacks and was just asked
to leave "feri jasta ko tastai narakhi kan", and finally, she said
"thank you". My uncle was surprised, why she said "Thanks", and
I replied to him, they allow freedom to customers,and they know that
customers come here regularly because of such freedom and they
may not buy this time, but, they may buy next time, if you offer
nice behavior with them. I remember in Singapore, when you go to
Chinese store, the shop keeper will usually say, "I will show you only
if you are buying?". Then, I told him that the Japanese shop keepers
know very well, that the shoppers/customers of middle class family
first make a market survey, feasible study on the items and select
out of the several options. Their returning frequency depends on how
much the shop is friendly with their customers, how they treat, and
being it a free society, shop keep has no way to enjoy monopoly like
in KTM, I remember shops in Nepal say "kinna man lage kinnus naman
lage nakinnus, tapai le nakine arko le kincha". Similarly, the postings
in Sajha.com, we might say, hey if you don't like don't come, some
else will come and read it. But, this approach will be like deflation
spiral that Japan is facing, now. What we need is "If you did not
fina appropriate topic this time, do come next time, we might have
better topics next time to suit your needs, but, keep tuned ...",
well, Naresh Karki like peoples are given separate room to make
this public room descent. We should also have to continue to
take readers feedback (well, we ourselves are readers of fellow
writers posting, and vice versa) positively and keep on moving.
Well, the gundas in Baneswor were given the responsibility of
