I don't know why others talk too much but in my case following are the reasons: 1. We generally are free (not busy). 2.We r hypothetical. 3. We concern on others news especially not related to Nepal comparing to others. And talk about it. 4,We are not satisfied on ourselves, Nepal, its present system(Political, social, academic). 5. We can only talk. Can do nothing, See HahooGuru. 6.Weare habited to talk in Chautari in our locality. Falanoko Gai le Mali bachchhi Payo, Falanole Army ma Bharti payo, falano Korea gayo... I mean we used to know all and used to talk about all. You can't find it in busy Cities. Who cares? 8.We do not know (at least me) business smile, business politeness but prefer frankness and prefer MUDHEBALL of opinions. See HahooGuru than me. Lets see what's other friends reasons. Final reason PS Today I do not have much work in my Company.

Talking is not a bad thing, what we talk matters the most... There is a saying... "Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people." I see MOST people biting others in this board. We really should talk about ideas. And, there are quite a few people who are doing that in this kurakani board. People with GREAT MINDS need to step up and take control of this discussion board. I've seen threads that start with ideas and end up with garbage because POOR MINDS twist the subject to a different direction. Eventhough it's time consuming, GREAT MINDS need to participate more and take control. This is not a LESS contribution than doing something good for the country or people. You all are being appreciated. The way we talk, it doesn't sound good. When I was in school I had a lots of Indian and Pakistani friends. I noticed that Pakistanis sound much better than Indian when they talk to their friends. Pakistanis used to say Sarkar, Aap, and all good words while Indians used to say gadhe, chutiya, and what not in a good way. Pakistani: Areey Sarkar aap kahaan chale gaye thee... Indian: Ee Gadhe tu kahan chale gaye thee... Even though it is okay to use these words with close friends, sooner or later this will shape your character, personality, thinking, and all.. we should not talk bad stuffs in this forum just because others can not figure out who we really are...

Read as Pakistani: Areey Sarkar aap kahaan chale gaye thee... Indian: Ee Gadhe tu kahan chala gaya tha... Note: I'm not trying to get into India and Pakistan here. This is just an example.

as my pappy says, "talk ain't cheap, it's free!" that being said, mebbe san could institute a talk tax...pay for what you say, by the letter, syllable, word, sentence, paragraph, etc. mebbe that'd cut down on all those mini-novellas peeps keep a-posting. i believe economists call this "willingness to pay."

Interesting notion, Krishna. You've just come up with an entirely new business model; pay-per-spew

PPP, Pay-per-spew oughta be test-marketed on undergrads first, as they're masters at the art of spewing. First idea's free. I bill after that ;)
