Dhaka topi....umm...I don't know why people wear dhaka topi..but I still remember something about it. WHen I was a little girl, my daddy once had to go to a nepali function and he was all excited about wearing it. My grandfather was always fond of it and took great care of the dhaka topi he had. I think it's really great. With all those nicely weaved patterns and the cool sort of look it has, makes me feel like it has our country's culture hidden in it. As for me, I don't wear it being a girl. But I guess all you guys in US as well as in US, certainly feel somekind of pull when you wear it ...don't you? Dhaka Topi..I guess is an essence of our country Nepal...and i relaly think it goes well with the nepali cultural uniform that we have... Xena
