RE: Postings by 'nepli' et al.

Please Stop picking on Hahooguru like there is not tomorrow. With all due respect all of you sound like 3rd graders! One start criticizing a person and everybody has to jump in. A pack mentality. It is like everybody needs an "enemy" or in this case somebody who is easy pick on to have the sense of belonging. Hahooguru writes and writes, so can you. It's already been said numerous times that people post a lot of things, including me and and yes, including this hahooguru whoever he is, and these postings could be bad and utterly bad. So? What is this about Hahooguru this and Hagooguru that? sounds a lot like a gossipy bunch, if you ask me. If you have been thinking something which might be interesting to somebody (if you think) then please, please, please post, otherwise let others post and talk about the substance not how much he writes. Just saying 'nonsense' by somebody does not automaticallly become nonsense. give exapmple and let the world know why you think that particular posting is "nonsense" probably then one might want to listen to you all. Otherwise your so called criticism just become a huge pile of rubbish.

Please stop this trend going against one person all the time. It was certain somebody at one point and now it is Hagooguru. You all really sound more and more like an illeterate mass going blindly/unrasonably after one person without seeing any reason to do so.

For better or worse without Hahooguru (and other few posters who regulary posts) this site may very well follow other sites - to oblivion. Did not somebody say that this site is what it is because of the voluntary contributions of the visitors? Please think before you post something that has nothing but criticism of one person.

Let me jump in the bandwagon to support Hahoo Guru.

I'd prefer Hahoo Guru's postings rather than Narsh Karki's porn.

Naresh Karki really asked for it, if you read his postings before the apology, he sure didn't seem like he cared much what others said. All of a sudden he changed and apologized and he is as clean as a Sadhu? Now Hahoo Guru, a respectable contributor to this site for years is the bad guy. Reminds me of our Nepalese voting for DB Lama.

Naresh is acting apporpriately these days-- thats good, but I think he deserved the scrutiny from Hahoo Guru. For every crime there is a punishment.

HahooGuru – I hope you’re like me, insults and criticism just rolls off my back like water on a ducks back.

I do enjoy your postings. However, I have to say, I don’t always agree with your POV, and that’s just fine. Granted Naresh Karki shouldn’t have posted his porn link on the main discussion board, but how do we know it wasn’t an honest mistake? And if porn is what Naresh Karki gets his kicks from, he should have the right to tell us so and share it with those who might also be interested. Anyone who’s not interested or opposed to it always has the option not to click on the links Naresh Karki provided. Right? Like I said, his only mistake was posting it on the main discussion board instead of the specific user group.

We’re not picking on you per se, but there are some of us do think your reaction was a bit on the excessive side. And to give him credit, Naresh Karki did apologize.

(Perhaps this might have been better suited under the thread “On freedom of speech and apologies”…)
