l33t_kid	Posted on 17-Mar-02 02:17 AM nepali hackers are on the scene ................people like Saroj joshi and his so called "hackers network" who hacked world link and NTC are a bunch of lamers because there are better nepali hackers out there.he challenged NTC and wlink that he and his group can hack any ISP's but i challenge them to do a simple thing - "answer this message" -l33t_kid "nepal lives and so do nepali hackers"

Originally, hackers were supposed to test company networks, and if they found vulnerabilities, they would report them to the authorities. Crackers were malicious hackers. If you have ability to hack Nepali websites, please don't just harm them. Hack but for good intention. Smart people won't harm others. You will get better publicity if you are a good hacker, you should know that!
