I dont have any objection if they treat same like homophobic. But it will lead the question about thier commitment to be SAJHA and freedom of speech. It would be like " Hatti ko dekhaune daat". Could somebody explain me what I did to be banned? If someone give me any strong evidence, I will not post any thing here.

Freedom of speech, my ass. Freedom of speech for Nepalese is like giving a loaded gun to a 7 year old child and asking him to play with it carefully.
What did you do wrong? You posted inappropriate porn images on this site. This is a respectable community site. Its visitors include family types, students, even teens. You don't post that kind of trash here. Porn has its place. You picked the wrong place. That was irresponsible behaviour.
Try pasting porn pictures in a park or some other public place in Baltimore. You will be arrested and guess what? Your freedom of speech will NOT be defended.

The beauty of this site is being able to post without a tinge of fear of being censored. Yes in the past few weeks, we have seen very untasteful, grotesque and shameful postings. But no matter how ugly unpalatable those postings were, I appeal San and other respected folks who genuinely believe in open exchange of ideas and unfettered rights to express one's thought not to block or ban those folks blanketly. Doing so, will give this site bad rap: it's not open, it'snot democractic and it's elitists.

Dear We,
It is indeed a sad day, for free expression? Sajha just cant ban people and take away their posting. If Sajha wants to ban people and their post, here is my suggestion.
Define Sajha purpose clearly (lets say that you believe in democracy but practice autocracy) because the last time i read "about sajha" there was no clear guidelines of what can be posted.
Call it your self Sajha PRIVATE LTD instead of Sajha, because the your intentions are deceiving.
Or have memembership kinda thing so I can only respond to someone's post if I am asked to. Not when or how I want to.
If you want to go that way why not just do it and have the whole thing to yourself so you can play your lil pranks and self indulge with a smart comments you made to your exclusive group.
People might post porn or other stuff but was that allowed. If you want to ban porn just say in the guidelines that no porn allowed. You cannot just give a key of a candy store to a kid and tell him to have one candy. It does not work that way. Either you make the clear guidelines of what can be posted or just make it a exclusive club let say a country club and admit one or two black person who think the way you think or the way you want them to think.
