Dilip Dhakal reviews the Black Hawk Down in Kathmandu Midweek Post....
Most of the English movies at the rental shops of Nepal are illigal and pirated.
The question is how ethical or moral or legal to review movies from such products for a responsible organization like Kantipur Publication? Are not they promoting the circulation of illegally possessed "copy righted" movies?
Just curious.
