Lately I am getting lots of blackheads and pimples on my face. Believe me I have passed the age of getting pimples. Do you have any suggestions for me?

You see? It just proves what Suna said in her previous postings. First of all Women are reluctant to post with their names (I gues there is not even one). And as soon as a feminine name ,could be a real name or a fake, posts something a jackass, in this case the real 'Jack Ass' jumps to the opportunity to say something what he thinks very funny. It could be funny for some but what sticks out is the sexual connotation directed against female posters. Whether it is rubbing their filthy smelly snarly feet against a female stranger in a bus or just a lame juvenile posting with unwarranted sexual comments.

HEy Diva,
U are not alone. My suggestion from my own experience is that don't use any scrubs or any soap products. You must be thinking...um should i walk around with greasy face? hehe. Anyways, use oilfree mild cleanser but don't rub it against ur face. Drink lots of water. I know it's hard to be drinking water all the time...but it is worth it. Drink at least 8 glass of water a day I am seeing good results. I think water is the solution.

Try benzoyl peroxide based cream. I do not know what brand name it comes under, but it worked for me. Or you may opt for Tretinion based cream. In Nepal it was served under brand name Retinol, I don't know the brand name here in USA. It worked for many of my friends.

I offer the following suggestions:
1. cut back on greasy food.
2. drink plenty of water.
3. Try avoiding food that brings heat to your body - ginger, onions, garlic. See if this makes a difference.
4. Try some on-the-shelf medications at your local pharmacy (clearasil or something like that).
5. Don't wash your face with soap, it will make it worse.
6. Control your urge to burst that blackhead - leave it as it is.

if your problem is genuine and you are really a woman (even if you are a guy, this works). Use Proactiv!!!!
It works! Tried and tested.
For any of the smart-ass commenters, NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, I PAID to use the product and am NOT AN ADVOCATE of theirs.
Try, it just might work out for those of you pimply faced guys :).
