i have a problem i manage a NT 4.0 domain and i got a problem with user profiles specifically, the 'temporary internet files' folder for IE gets gigantic and so the user profiles get gigantic the machines i manage dont have too much hard disk space and this is getting to be a big pain in the butt is there any way to restrict the size of this folder getting out of hand? right now, i'm almost about to use a script that just deletes the profiles on logout, but this seems like a clumsy way of doing it plus, this means logon times are really slow, so its not a real clean solution anyone has any ideas? advice? thanks

You can manually set the size of Temp Internet Files folder by specifying the size on Internet Explorer properties. You can do this via scripts too.

Dear 16 year old kid, My 8 year old son knows how to use calculator, that doesn't mean that his Grand father have to be expert on calculator. It's time for you to learn how to respect others. Shanti
