Once upon a time in ancient history of human civilization, there was a small city called Cybercity. Whose geographical area was as large as whole globe but actual world was really small. People rarely would get out of their home. Noone knew who their neighbors were. But they still would manage to talk to each other through equipment called, Computer with Internet connection. They would sit in front of their computer, connect to the Internet and start talking.
There were lot of dwellers in this city and everyone had a name. Noone knew which name belonged to which particular physical body but each name had one pseudo-identity. Everyone in that city were so intricately weaved into a web that noone could get out of that web even if she wanted to.
They would talk to each other, quarrel, argue, and sometime there would be a real battle. But still they couldn't get out of the web. Even if they wanted to, they couldn't. In that city, there was no such thing as hierarchy. There was only one master, known as Webmaster, who would manage that web of relationship. All other entities in that fabric were then equal.
With time, things started to change. Relationship between some entities began to grow strong, there started to be some polarization between the entities. Those strong relationship remained as they were. Other weaker relationships started to break away. One interesting property of those weaker relationships was: they were like 'Raktabiz'. Four-more weaker relationship would replace the one weak and broken relationship. Sometime in the course of history, strong relations tried to get rid of those weaker relationships, but, unlike in Purana, they couldn't find any devi, who could eat all the 'Raktabiz' relations born out of one weak-relation.
Sometime, webmaster also would try to side with those entities with stronger relations and would suddenly realize that if he got rid of all the weaker relations, then there would no more be any web and he would no longer be 'Webmaster'. Realizaing this he would balk from any such move of ridding Cybercity of the weakers.
This struggle between 'Strong' and 'Weak' relationships is going on. Webmaster is still undecided what to do about this.
