The Original Chahalpahal, Down with the name stealer! What a gross injustice! I fully support your quest to the justice of your name getting back to you, the rightful owner. I can see though, San has a great task at hand. Webmaster, human rights judge, censorboard, community spokesperson... geez, my head start to hurt and start to get cross eyed just thinking about all the hats San is expected to wear.

Some of the names are blacklisted, because they did not behave properly. But, I am not sure why Chahalpahal was stolen? BTW, do you know KARAOKE ? Dai suke San developed this technology in 1970. TIME magazine put his name in top 20 Asians they changed world. Unfotunately, Daisuke san (being a common man) went on selling his KARAOKE Units, but, did not get the patents on his name and in 1983, a nother big Japanese electronic company brought another version of Karaoke, the Daisuke san went to check in a law office, and it was too late. The Karaoke name is already public, that does not belong to Daisuke san. According to law in Japan, if you invent something, it should be filed for patents within 6 months of making it public, (e.g. news clip in newspaper too), otherwise, its public property and any one can copy it and bring it to market. So, if something is your original, don't make it public before you file for patents, and be on line for getting your full right. Same rules apply in Sajha.com regarding your names. If you do not register it on time, and if your name is salable in Sajha.com market, you are going to lose it, well, I wonder whether San can return it to you, as long as you are not a trade mark owner, i.e. Ashu, Biswo, NK, ... No one is allowed to register any other version of Ashu, Biswo, NK, ... the owners of trademark before Sajha.com came to this Cyberspace. They can claim to get the loss back because of somebody else using those tradenames. Its rule of land and Cs. HG
