I might have to come to party with ya'll cause here in denver, they'll make you pay for ticket even if you're performing. for instance ME. so don't be surprised if we show up at your party. And if we do, you're not gonna regret it
Jhapako chhiura sounds good.

Hey,

Last year when I was in Tucson, I met one Nepali at Himalayan
Restaurant, forgot his name. I could not meet guys at
Univ. of Arizona at Tucson, though, I tried. When I asked the
Nepali at Himalayan Restaurant, then, he said Tucson is
quite a safe city in US. In fact, one night in the search of
Gandhi Restaurant with some fellow conference-participants,
we walked to wrong side and walked for an hour in dark
road, and its really a safe place. Should I be there now, I
would have surely attended the party. Tucson is really
a great place. I liked it very much. When I was in Chicago
just a week before I flew to NY then, Tucson, I could see
a drunk guy showing Pistol to fellow commutors in the train
especially, when he started to talk with my host who was
also Nepali . . . . The way peoples replied to the guy
smilingly ... surprised me, and gave me a lesson that when
you meet a bad guy, you must be nice to him and
be precise to his questions . . . . . . .

Keep up guys.

hey birtamod, i have lots of goodies from jhapa and its all for free. we don't charge anything like the folks at denver. and the cultural program is free as well. i("the jhapali") am the lead singer with bipin(chabel) giri on the drums, sailesh "panna kaji" shrestha on guitar along with chabbi "new khojne" newpane on keyboard and finally sobit "mahobadi" on the dance floor.

last year the celebration moved from the roof to out in the street. we showed everyone here how the nepali guys do it. this year we are hoping for the same. so better come.

yes, tucson is a safe place. not many nepali students here but when we get together, the whole block knows it. no one parties like us here in this area.

hey Big G. i did mention ur name but must have been on another thread. i said that u were the drummer of our group. i remember the time when you single handadly took care of three guys who were about to attack me while i was up on the stage rocking. know what? even that cute indonesian chic likes my vocals. if only i had a BMW do go with that vocal man, i would have her at "hello". but once she gets to see me up on the stage(i.e. roof of my apartment) on this years new celebration party, she will leave her chain smoker boyfriend for the lead singer of our band.
