Its kind of strange to see how all the other cities are celebrating new years on April 13 or 14whereas GBNC is one month late. Is the greater boston nepali community sleeping or they are not aware that nepali new year falls on that week ? But was going to take a couple of days off to celebrate New yrs in Boston but I guess thats not going to happen....

Curious
Were you sleeping when the discussion on why GBNC is celebrating new year after a month was going on? Look, listen and read before you make any unneccesary comments.
By the way you could still take couple of days off and go to other cities and enjoy the new year.

I was not sleeping but its seems like Boston Nepali community is definately hybernating... they have been doing that for 2yrs now. They are nothing but a bunch of nyncompoophs. They probably don't even know what day of the week is today. SUUUUUSUUUUUUUUU Wake up and smell the coffee.

That's right Curious. How come GBNC/Boston has slowed down so much in terms of real fun cultural programs and Nepali social gatherings(besides the same old momo party where like 20 people show up,that too, mostly it's the same people everytime).?It's really upsetting to a lot of Nepalis in Boston.I've heard tons. What ever happenned the oh-so-entertaining cultural programs that used to happen once upon a time? The programs should be there not solely for entertaining but for everyone to see and keep the culture live and well.
