According to a survey of the education (among others) of Nepali leaders (MPs really), the highest number of educated leaders belong to UML than any other. That is because most of UML leaders are of teaching background and are typically more educated than the students or dropouts that mostly comprise the Nepali Congress party.
I think the survey appeared in the Nepali Himal patrika. Unfortunately I do not have it with me right now.
