Now that India's economy is being liberalized, it seems poised to win back some of its expatriates with an invigorated, entrepreneurial business environment. During the past few years, an increasingly large number of Indian students and young professionals are heading back to India armed with foreign degrees and work experience -- a phenomenon that has come to be known as "reverse brain-drain." Although most cite loneliness for family and friends and a need for a sense of belonging as reasons for going back, some also believe that the country offers them the chance of a better life, both personally and professionally.
