Frankly, I didn't like the book that much. First, it is all the same as the King Gyanendra formed Constitutional Committee report headed by the Chief Justice and included Ratata Ranabhat as its member. The only difference is that this book is written in English and the actual report in Nepali. Secondly, the writings are a little lower quality compared to two other books on the massacre, one written by Neelesh Mishra and the other by Prakash A. Raj. On my opinion, the best buy out of the three is still Neelesh Mishra's though The Dreadful Night is the latest. Neelesh's book contains a little more research work rather than only the Ratata and Bhatata Report. Lastly, The Dreadful Night costs a cool Rs. 500 in Nepal and lacks more content. It's just a compilation of various news report, during that time, re-hashed by Adiya Man. However, the only good part of the book is that it's all in glossy paper with pictures depicting Kathmandu streets after the massacre. Hence, worth only a buy as a souvineer item.
