Should racial preference be given in college admission? Although this country has the affirmative action plan, people have started to take it as reverse discrimination. I have come accross a few white kids who had the same grades and qualification but a black dude was in the priority list and he got into a medical school. Is it fair to judge people by their color and not their qualification. Is everything going the other way round? Just wondering

ugh.....i'm so tired of hearing this insipid rhetoric of reverse discrimination. i'll make this short my absolutist friend...affirmative action was not implemented to give preference to blacks because of their pigmentation. It was an exercise in retribution....albeit inadequate considering the injustices of the past AND the present. miss e
