Dear friends here is a great oppertunity for all of us to learn about non-sectarian technique of mental purification. Renound vipassana meditation teacher Mr. S.N. Goyanka is invited by his north ameriacn students to let many people know about this wonderful technique. This is one of the ancient technique of our part of the world, which was rediscovered by a great son of our motherland, Gautama the Buddha. Worshiping buddha as a god gives us something or not I don't know, but I have realized that following his teaching changes oneself from inside. Unfortunately we don't know what this great person of earth used to teach. It is a pure science of mind matter interaction. It has no relation with mere beliefs and gogmas. Mr. Goyanka is known as biswo vipassana acharya, who teaches buddhas pure teaching with his own experience. there is a public talk at brookline high school on 26th april,8.00 pm. and July 31st at Kresge Auditorium, MIT. for more information www.MeditationNow.org I encourage you to attain one of these events. These are rare events. Please let this know to others also. shanakr

That book is sorta similar to the online libraries they got at Dalitstan.com. They book is really dumb yo. The caste system isn't part of the religion; it's part of the society. Note that the Quran and the Bible are also discriminatory. They specifically mention that whites are superior to blacks. As Hinduism doesnt have any scriptures, they cannot use the code of Manu or such racist books to prove their cases. Arabs(muslims) are the ones who started slavery. Who are they to give us pedantic lectures on what's right and what's wrong? As VS Naipaul correctly points out, wherever Islam goes, it wipes out the culture of that place. These middle eastern religions are imperialistic. Christianity promotes superiority of the Europeans, whereas Islam promotes superiority of the Arabs. Many Pakistanis who went to Mecca for their religious tour faced discrimination of such sort. If you are looking for materials against Islam, please go to http://www.hinduunity.com

Dear friends I there is no relationship with sects. Those who are hindus, remain hindus. muslims reamins musilms, buddhist remains buddhists, chrsitian jews remains whatever they are. Brahman remains brahamans, chettri remains chettris. there is no segrigation. Those who wants to tell their caste and race is great, keep telling, those who wants to say his religion is his sects is great, keep saying. nobody stops. this teaching is different. no relationship with brahaman, chhettri, hindu, muslim, buddhist etc etc In this teaching one has to learn three things 1. moral precepts. Not to harm oneself and not to harm others. this is universals. same for all. 2. mastry over the mind. this is also universal. good for brahman good for muslim, for buddhist christian and all. no discrimination. 3.purification of mind. this is universal. one who has love compassion good well in ones mind is great. whatever may be his race and cast it doesnot matter. Buddhas teaching is science my friends. It is good for all. Regarding all this sects and casts, I have no idea. I never criticize other. My aim is to inform many Nepali friends. I welcome all you friends. i am sure you will learn something new. It is not any religious ceremony. moreover, I don' t know about phyloshopies that and this. sorry for that. Please take this just as a information. be happy shankar

I dont believe the following tenet holds true for all religions 1. moral precepts. Not to harm oneself and not to harm others. this is universals. same for all. In Islam, a mujahideen(someone who kills kaffirs in the name of God) is guaranteed to go to heaven. This religion is pretty belligerent. Even in Christianity, the Crusaders were guaranteed a place in heaven by the pope for killing infidels.
