the best fare: try flying via Dhaka to Kathmandu on Biman Bangladesh
or you have the choice of flying with: Air India via Delhi, Bombay
"Thai" have some very good fare to kathamndu
also try: www.etn.nl/ t search for fare to Nepal

I am a travel agent based here in Texas. When do you want to go? Too bad I didnt see your posting the prices just went up about 10 days ago but if you are travlling out of the u.sa. by jun 7 or 8, that is still considered the low season. After that date until August it's peak season and the difference is at least $200 round trip. Email me with more info and I will be glad to help you out. The route we always suggest is through taipei (taiwan) and you dont have to spend the night in Bangkok or Hongkong.
