New Year celebration in Denver was well organized and entertaining. Dinner was provided by Mount Everest Restaurant that included very good chicken curry and golbhendako achar.
Cultural program was also well organized. It was a little long but it was good. It was performed by local talents that included performers from ages 2 to 52. Some of the exciting ones were kids' skit, newari dance, fashion show (dresses of nepal) and songs. Program was ended with door prize for Tokyo-Kathmandu air ticket. Then there was open floor dance with a live band.
Overall, it was an excellent show. Looking forward to ANA meeting in Denver...

I liked the dance by two girls
I think the song was called darpan chhaya

Bijay Adhikari and his group seems to be very talented. Their songs are good. Even last year's songs were pretty cool. The winner was the song of Bijay and Babina... it was superb.

Rasoj and Rajendra of Himalayan Television did a fabulous job with the video presentation. keep it up guys!
I was really impressed by Tenzing. It was a beautiful song that he wrote about Kathmandu called "night in Kathmandu". rock on....
