If any of you could shed some light upon the maoist issue, as to WHAT IS IT THAT THEY WANT or WHAT ARE THEIR DEMANDS, cos i still haven't been able to figure out what it is that they have been fighting for exactly.

What do the maoists want?

Do they want a separate communist state?

Do they want constituion amendments?

Do they want to secure a place in the mainstream politics of Nepal?

these are just some questions that i framed...it might help you compose your reply. They mighte not all be the "right" questions i should be asking though.

My experience with myself and others has been that Equality between humans from a fixed prospective or set of prospective doesn't exist. We all have our strengths and weakness that can change and shift overtime.
Money has been the great equalizer for many centuries now.Money is an IOU.money was created because skills often werenot. Now money and its acquisiton has become the skill du jur.with it, everyone is a virtual craftsman. We have the craftsman, the middleman and the buyers,This is a simple economy and is a good model .The money is concentrated in the middle, folks. And the middle is where everybody feeds. If i spend most of my time and effort being in the middle, I will get shamelessly rich. But i will also be incredibly stuck, too. A slave to what everyone else is doing and what everyone else wants.so this appears to be the basic choice. If i want to be independent, a rebel, a do-er, a true maker of trends, and highly creative, there is a word for that. It's called, "poor". If i want to be subject to all manner of ills, social and physical, there is a word for that. It's called, rich. I can't speak for anyone else, but this is the social calculus that passes through my mind when i hear of the classic battle between "rich" and "poor". I'm under the impression that this is what most people(not on the internet, btw) think of,too.
We have the hustlers and we have the musclers. A heavy focus on either one of these perspective is destructive and unhealthy. But turning off the tap on one or the other wouldn't be healthy, either. They need to be in balance at all times,if at all possible.
