The changes are significant, no more waiting for pin to arrive in your e-mail. We had few customers who would forget or mistakenely put wrong e-mail address and wait for the pins to arrive-- No more of those problems.
Now we accept Visa/Mastercard as well as Discover and American Express credit cards. We still use 3rd party processing which adds to our expenses, however the security issues are better for our customers. All the processing is done automatically through their secure server (SSL) for us. The third party processing company handles thousands of trasactions each day and are expert at credit-card security. So your transactions are safe.
Future Enhancements:
1. You will be able to e-mail your friends from our web-pages about our cards.
2. More cards to come.
3. Online Check Payment.
4. and more with your suggestions.
Yes, as with all the cards and explained before, the call success rate is not at the rate we would like, but calls in the early morning, late mornings and late nights are better. We really hope NTC will open more receiving lines soon.
