It is crime punishable under the law to bear false witness to a crime....Before making such character damaging accusations Sabitri must furnish the evidence she has and let the truth be judged on that.....If what Sabitri says is true then for the course of justice to take its righteous path the evidence must be put forward to corroborate the allegations, if Sabitri has no evidence then she should not and cannot make public her accusations...IF YOU HAVE THE PICTURES, THEN SHOW THEM TO THE WORLD......

I agree with Naya Keta. One thing about this forum is people think they can get out of anything they say and seems to me like some people make some stupid comments just to get an atttention. If indeed, sher bahadur raped your sister, which sounds to me very very horrible, you should furnish enough evidence. With our latest technology, just plain photos might not be the best evidence . But I guess they are enough in the context of nepal. I might also recommend suing ( is that how you spell?) that dude. I don't know how that system works in nepal.
It seems to me that alot of politicians do have those "kartoots" apart from their daily lives. And on the wake of twenty first century, we can't just look at it and sit 'chupchap". If this really happend. Nepal will face clinton lewinsky scandal. But of course, we are talking about Nepal. Where laws are only in books and they can be broken, bought and even twisted!...Take care
