I've been through what you've been bro. Believe me, you'll have a different perspective about meeting nepali after you meet one. You, then, wish you never met any. Getting along with kuhires is not easy, but it's not an ordeal that can't be accomplished.

I thiink kuires are cool in some ways and so as nepalis. So don't worry bro. Try to adjust wid them. Go out have a good time rather than thinking too much of nepalis. Welcome to the melting pot!...Would you like a curry? Gorbachov.

Dear Clevelander, There are certainly Nepalese in the Cleveland area. One is perhaps the most well-known Nepali in America--Samrat Upadhyay, the prize-winning writer. You may have read his collection of short stories, "Arresting God in Kathmandu." I bet if you get in touch with Upadhyay he'll know about others. Just call Baldwin-Wallace College, where he teaches, and get his office number. Good luck!

yes, samrat certainly is at a driving distance. And there are these great entrepreneurs Raj Singh/Prabhu Singh right in Cleveland. Prabhu Dai in fact runs The Wine Room at Cleveland Heights. Well, the Wine Room is a great place. And Prabhu Dai is just a great guy to talk to as you take you chuski. No kidding. I have been there myself. (2317 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights).
