Guys,
Let's play soccer tonight (Wednesday, 05/01/02) at 6:30pm at MIT. It will be cold tomorrow, so we should play tonight. Please pass the word along.

What happened yesterday ? I waited till 6:55 no one showed up ?? C'mon now do we want that championship or what. Lets not be Lazy, need to get in Shape so we can do this thang.

Sorry Kheladi-ji,
I got all dressed to go too, but was told that most of the guys could not make it yesterday. So, I did not go either. Next time, we'll do a better job of updating ppl in time.

I showed up too... Seeing no one I just joined a team already playing and had a blast...
If we are really serious, I think we need to pick a day and time and stick with it... It will be lot easier than trying to come up with something on a weekly/daily basis. I vote for all days of the week...

let's play every day. we have very little time, and the freaking weather is not supporting us either.

EVERYDAY??? I dont know if that is such a good idea. I mean, nobody is gonna show up everyday, and that would make us scatter and could lead to only a few of us playing as a team. What I suggest is that we plan on playing on MOnday, Wednesday an Thursday. That way, I think most ppl would be able to attend 2 of the 3 days/week. What do u guys think?

Guys,
I personally wont be able to make it this Sunday. Too busy working on Baisakhi Saanjh. If plans change, I will let u know. You guys can arrange a game of course and if I do happen to be free, I will surely be there.
Other than that, what is the feedback on my proposal: Monday, Wedenesday and Thursday at 6:30pm at MIT? If I dont hear anything back, I will forge ahead with this schedule.
Also, pls dont forget to register with the soccer email group by emailing to: Soccer-gbnc-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
Enjoy the weekend guys! (I might see a few of you at Zillians tonight!)

Mon, Wed, Thrusday is fine by me...
There is no such thing as a date we can all agree on.... Of the three days, some will be able to make it three nights, some two, some 1 and some none at all.
So Mon, Wed, Thu are as good days as they can be and as bad as they can be. If we are serious about playing then we will just have to learn to make time.
So two thumps up for Mon, Wed, Thu.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at MIT at 6:30pm it is then. Please be around soccer field area near the "tennis baloon": same place as last year.
The first game is TONGIHT, 05/06/02! I will email those on email list about the fixed dates.

Friends, Nepalese, And countrymen......
Are we playing tonight ? Or not ? Is the schedule still on ? Last couple of weeks no one have been showing up. What is going on ? Someone in GBNC needs to take the initiative of informing people if we are serious.... otherwise we can just forget about it. This lackluster attitude is going to get us nowhere. We need someone a little committed....

It's not raining hard where I am at (waltham) and the forecast is only for a scattered drizzle. So, if it stays the way it is, let's play. If it rains more... then let's cancel it. Either way, call before heading to the field. 617-529-6240 (cell).
