If you'd read the article from which you copied the picture properly, you'd have known that the body lying on the ground belongs to a Nepali policeman, one among many slaughtered by those barbarian Maoists in their last offense. The article says the body of the policeman was dropped off to his family by a chopper for last rites.
I hope your soul still weeps for the hapless man, whose only sin was to join the local village police force so to earn his keeps,and feed a few mouths.
