Wondering if anyone has heard from INS regaring DV-Lottery 2003. It says between May and June, so I guess notifications must be going out.

blah blah congratulations if it is true that you have indeed got your notification. did they call you? email? regular mail? i hope you are not misleading anyone because it'd be an unpleasant joke. but i hope you actually got it. CONGRATS

I got it too. They emailed me first and notified later via phone and was telling me that I should be geting something in fax as a written verification.
On top of that, I heard that INS rep. will come to your door to personally congratulate you. God bless America.
