I am no graphic artist by a long shot but even my home page I created with basic html looked better. They should have a hired professionals to do he job.

From the following information, you can find, who are hosting this website. I got the info as follows: It indicate, the main website is nicknamed with htp.dewa.or.jp which is associated in Japan and it directed to UK based computer for DNS lookup. Check for your self.
I don't think this site hosted by Nepali Army, so I don't consider to protect and hide information what I revealed, associated with this website.
