I and a group of Nepali teenage hackers are running a site http://www.neproot.tk (old address http://nepal.redi.tk) that aims at teaching people about how to defend themselves against evil hackers and make Nepali people security conscious.Remember SAROJ JOSHI who hacked a few sites and was later caught.
