If there has ever been a need for a dictator in Nepal, now is the time. The division within the congress party couldn't be any bigger. When the country needs all the support to fight the maoists and when the govt. needs to be more stronger than ever, we see a split which leavs the govt. in a very vulnerable situation. The perfect time for the maoists to attack again. I feel that the worse attack by the maoists is very imminent. we cannot afford to go through the democratic due process of electing a new government. Even if we do have an election, nothing will change. The same corrupted politicans will be back in the power. so why even waste all the money and time. Girija should be thrown out of the party, not deuba. He had his time and could not do anything to change the country. If the maoists attack again in the near future, it is the deuba opponents that are to be blamed beacuse now they have made the govt. weak by not supporting deuba. thus deuba needs to assume a role of a dictator for the time being. its no time to be bikiring. its time to take actions. girija and his peeps need to keep quite. if they are bent on making noise, then they all need to be put in jail. or even killed if that is what it comes down to. this is not the time to be conducting meetings on whether deuba's actions were illegal or if he should be punished. deuba did the right thing. i would like to see more such decisions by deuba. given the situation of the country, democrtaic due process is not the path to follow. thus he needs to emerge as a dictator until things change. Hi suman ji, You don't know who Girija is in NC. You can not simply say Girija has to be thrown out of the party. If there is multiparty system and NC and its leaders trust on the party regulations and its conduct, it will never happen this type of conflicts whatsoever. You are right to some extent that there will be the same people in the new elected parliament. The election does not have any sense in terms of change at all. I would say, if all the Netas deserve for curruption, why don't Maoist have right to end them by bullets ro khukuri? I would be more than happy to thank them if they could do it. It will definitely teach a lesson to the leaders in Nepal.

I fully I agree with Suman Jee. Girija and his corrupt team should keep quite and let deuba do what he is doing. They had their turn and he missed it. They offered nothing, excepting generating corrupt bastard like Govinda Raj Joshi. GP is responsible for that! GP and his team had no vision and no strength. Politically GP is DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! nepalipan

Sounds good either way... The bottom line is that the current system is not working and the reason behind that is the people who are trying to run it. If we can get rid of all the so called leaders (leader in corruption, destruction etc.), I think we will be fine (as long as people with the same mentality do not come back). I don't think we need Nepali Congress or Nepali Communist - UML or UL or ML or AB or CD. At least not right now. At least not with the same people. I am surprised by the nepali people that they can still sit and watch all the drama that goes on in Nepali political arena. Kick those bastards out of the country and implement the toughest law for corruptors. Thats all I have to say...

Sumanaji, you are right. The maoists should kill all the corrupted leaders. However, they are not doing that, insted they are killing innocent people. Sumanaji, however big Girija maybe in NC, he gots to go. He is not bigger than than the country. He is only helping in making the government weaker. First of all, he should not even have much say. He has already resigned twice. That shows how incapable of a person he is when it comes to runing the country. I mean, why couldn't he do anything when he was the primeminister. And when Deuba has finally taken some bold steps to do something to change things, he is out to get him. Given the situation in Nepal, we do not even need a multiparty system. At least for the time being.
