Three cabinet ministers resign (Nepalnews.com)
Three cabinet ministers resigned today expressing their dissatisfaction over the decision made Wednesday by Prime Minister Deuba to call for snap polls coming November, party sources confirmed.
Those resigning were Minister for Education Amod Prasad Upadhyay, Minister for Finance Dr. Ram Sharan Mahat and Minister for Children and Social Welfare Rajendra Kharel.
Prime Minister Deuba took a major decision without consulting the party, which in itself was a big mistake,・Minister for Education Amod Prasad Upadhyay told Nepalnews.
Upadhyaya said Deuba did not give any hint that he was going for snap polls till eight ocllock when the central working committee meeting was still going on.
The Prime Minister should have thought whether it was appropriate to recommend for mid term polls when the environment in the country is such that people are not in the condition to cast their votes and make use of their franchise,・Upadhyay said.
He said a democratic party like the Nepali Congress should not have made a mockery of the peoples・ right to vote in a peaceful environment. nepalnews.com am May 23

Ram Saran "Egg Head", Amod ... have resigned to get ticket
in the election. Because if they stay there they won't be given
election, or they were afraid of losing election ticket. How poor
these guys are.
Next resignation will come from antoher EGGHEAD i.e. Mahesh Acharaya.
But, Girija Bhajan Mandali wants to get information whats going on
inside the Council of Meeting, so they need their SPY agent in the
Deoba's cabinet to leak all the information. In this regard, Mr.
M. Acharya "Girija ko Lagauti" will continue to be in the cabinet.
This is the guy that made KPB's cabinet to fall, and this whole series
of mess started.

34 ministers oppose Girija Move.
As predicted the weak Chheruwa guy, do you remember last
time when Deoba was in Palace for Sapathgrahan, the chheruwa
minister was not there in the palace. That Chheruwa Minister
was Ram Saran Mahat, he told that time that he had very bad
Chher Pate on that day. Chher Pate was not real Chher Pate
after we consume bad dinner or food or water, but, because of
Girija ko "......" pan garera. I was always suspecting that this
guy will someday leave Deoba whenever finds easy and opportunity
at Girija defying Deoba. This time he was very very quick,
surwal ma sayed yo mula chheruwa minister le ta muttyo pani hola.
He anyone took picture of his suruwal. check it out. He is
real chheruwa. Dari palera mardana ta dekhaune koshis ta gareko
ho tara mulale chadai nai chhercha ..................... Kasto manche
Nepal ko finance minister bho. Asti Anti corruption bill ma pani
khan piuna ramro sanga napaiyela bhani yo chheruawa le ta khub
thulo thulo swor ma birodh garechha and last ma dara le parliament
nai gayena kyaara. . . . . . . . . . .
any disagreements are welcome. Who can deny that he is not
Chheruwa Minister? Otherwise, why did not he wait a few more
days.

The pathetic bunch of politicians show their colors again. It is not even funny on how they are handling the whole situation. It is not even surprising to see how narrow-minded and self fulfilling these people are. Nation is in the verge of collapse and these stupid morons are playing their part of the political game. I know what they are looking for... the reason to be kicked out of the country.. only that can justify their act. We don't need those bastards...

Of the 34 ministers, Minister for Agriculture Mahesh Acharya is currently visiting India so he has yet to sign the joint statement showing his support to Deuba,” a cabinet source said. But the source added: “We have received a call from Acharya and he has expressed his support to the prime minister.”

HGji, you should know that mahesh acharya is also walking away from GIRIJA camp these days like bijaya gachhedar because of rise in influence of her daughter's sujata koirala....probably he will become FINANCE minister of WAR/EMERGENCY/ELECTION CABINET.

I doubt the support to Deoba by Mahesh Acharya.
There is only possible because of Mahat's out, might
interest Mahesh to remain in Deoba cabinet, and
Girija need at least one his loyal man in the Cabinet to
get all information. Deoba might have deliberately
did not let Mahat, Kharel and Amod know whats next.
Well, this all episode would have avoided if the CWC
would have been more democratic, i.e. at least 75 members
in CWC should be voted representative, not the way
we see 50% rubber stamp CWC members made by
Party President.
Do you know that in Nepal, if you want to register a NGO,
the CDO office deliberately ask you to avoid the lines
for direct nomination of executive members by NGO
President. Being poltical party also a kind of NGO,
why the hell they have different rule? That surprises me,
how can you ever think a Primeminister run a country
without interference (100%) from Party. The PM is first
liable to country and then to Party. But, NC is now
collection of Bhajan Mandali made of 50% Paraty President
's lagautia peoples, thus, such situation will continue in future
too. Its time to demolish such sweeeping power to Party
President, he should be more liable to Party cadres through
having more CWC members from voting. Its the sole reason
for current chao. Deoba is not responsible. He had no
choice to avoid Bhajan Mandali.

Bijaya gachhedar was absent in NC CWC meeting. He had to be absent for two CWC meeting because ha had used the word 'bhajanmandali" somewhere. what a Poor man !
NC girija goot is full of his cronies. now arjun narsingh kc(who was minister in panchayet era and RPP spokesman even after restoration of democracy)teaching democracy to DEUBA(served 10 year jail and sacrificed his speaaking ability 'jibroma current lager' . govinda raj joshi is teaching democracy to ramchandra paudel(who served 13 year jail for restoration of democracy). benup raj prasai also one of girija's diehard supporter and secretary of dissolved NC parliamnetary party(who was in marichman's cabinet during 'jana andolan') teaching democracy to other fellow CONGRESSIES. I wonder how girija and his cronies are saying they are the only protector of democracy ? paudel, shailaja, khum, prakash man has the more support in congress 'adhibeshan', but girija has given full authority to govinda raj, mahanta thakur,.... who got the least votes. Needless to say about dil bahadur gharti type girija selected persons. It is shameful !!!!!!!!!!!!
