Khumbuwan Mukti Morcha disbanded
The Khumbuwan Mukti Morcha has disassociated itself from the Maoists and disbanded, the party said in a press statement released in Dharan Monday.
The Morcha or front was fighting for a tribal state mainly in east Nepal and was involved in several murders and attacks on infrastructure most recently.
The front has asked its supporters to pursue their struggle peacefully and legally. The development is a setback for the Maoists. nepalnews.com br May 28

May the KMM follow the path of Mahatma gandhi and achieve
their goals. I wish I can be one of their supporter if they follow
the paths suggested by Gandhi, later illsutrated by Martin Luthar
King and Nelson Mandela. I am sure, it will be slow in pace, but,
things that changes slowly will have zero side effects.
