Sponsorship Opportunities for Sporting Events in DC 2002 ANA Convention
The DC 2002 ANA Sports Subcommittee is providing a golden opportunity for individuals and business organizations to promote their cause to the Nepalese Community in the U.S. Among various sources of funding for the sports events, a bid to name the championship trophy is one. Any individual/organization is provided with the opportunity to bid a minimum of $1000 for soccer, $500 each for the men's basketball and $500 for the women's basketball tournament. By winning the bid, the individual/organization will be allowed to name the championship trophy as desired. The bid winner (individual/business organization) will benefit from this contribution in a number of ways as given below:
· The name inscribed on the trophy;
· The name inscribed on all the individual medals and other awards;
· Through Convention Brochure;
· Through web coverage of the sports events;
· Through numerous announcements of the championship trophy’s name, including the award ceremony during the concert.
By participating in this process, you would contribute the bid amount to fund the ANA sports events which will be observed and participated by a well over 1000 people over a period of three days. This financial support will help us achieve the following:
· Purchase the trophy and medals/awards;
· Sports supplies such as soccer balls, basketballs, soccer goal post net;
· Cover cost for professional refereeing;
· Participant refreshments, first aid kit and other accessories.
