Gaja, I smoke gaja almost every weekend, not that i hesitate smoking on weekdays, So averaging about 6 to 7 times a month. I was just curious how many of you guys do? How often? What are some of the things that you like to do when you’re high? (Besides munchies). What state are you From? And things like that… Do you think its bad? Why? Good? Why? About me: Avrage: 6-7 times a month. Like to: Watch Movies, Listen to Music, Go to Concert. Music Videos. Listen to funny stuff. State: AL I smoke, work, go to graduate school (I smoked all my undergraduate years, with 3.4 GPA in Computer Science) and I believe I am still doing it well. I believe Drinking boosts your Ego; Gaga makes you peaceful. Peace! Nepal_Crisis.

Very wrong way to think that gaja makes you peaceful. You are an educated person, I am sure you know its side effect. Any kind of substance use makes you hyper when you use it but slows down your thinking power and affects your longterm as well as short term memory in a long run. Imagine your significant other tells you something and you forget. It is very bad for relationship also. Not that I havent used, I did it, and when I read an article on substance use, I gave up. Well I have a strong will power, I dont know about other people because they say they will give up but temtation pull them back. What a foolish person to jump in a dirty puddle knowingly, dont you think so?Wanna be like that foolish guy?

Lots of people I know smoke...I read the John Hopkins Universitys researh on it and it said there is actually no evidence of side effects of gaja... I think smoking gaja is better than drinking alcohol.

Saying that gaja has no side effect is going towards wrong direction. If thats true it would not been banned in US and other countries. When using gaja, the effect on individual varies.

I personally think that they have banned gaja because of some biased personal reasons. The American Govt hasn' t done much research on it either. Drinking is very bad too, it makes people aggresive, and it damages the liver. Everything done on excess is bad. I would rather make alcohol illegal than gaja.

Nepal_Crisis: Brain cells are the only cells in our body that do not undergo mitosis (cell growth). Unlike the epidermal cells (skin cells), the brain cells are not replaced by other cells once they die. To top it off ganja kills brain cells. You may have a 3.4 GPA currently, but its ill-effects will show up later. You will be in dire need of those brain cells in your old age (when you need it most).

Go ahead, smoke up, if that is your thing. If we only did things that would be good for us in our old age, life would suck. Not everyone live their life today for old age tomorrow. I like climbing(rock climbing) high.

Dear Gajedee_bhai, Smoking ganja in this country is a crime - in case you don't know. If cought, you could be jailed and deported. Just be careful out there. The person you buy from could be a cop! Here is a cut-and-paste of actual news: NEWS BYTES Miwais Ali, a 23 year old Afghan native, was recently ordered deported to Afghanistan because of a 1998 conviction for marijuana possession. Ali came to the US as a refugee with his family when he was three years old. The immigration judge rejected his claim that he would face extreme danger if returned to Afghanistan because of his many years in the US. Source: http://www.visalaw.com/02may5/newsletter.pdf
