Hi everyone,

I was thinking of applying for a Green Card as a student. I wanted to know if any body else is in the same process and how does it look after Sept.11
Things have changed a lot since then and I am assuming that it will be more difficult to apply for a green card now. Any ladies/gentlemen in the process, please advise.

You are not the same ganja smoking student from another thread - are you? :)

There is absolutely NO green card that you can apply as a student. There are several ways to apply green card, e.g. refugee, relative, exceptional ability, and several employment classification. Sorry, there is none for the students.

Good luck with some other ways.
