Are those downloads legal? I remember when 16years old guy
(high school student) uploaded the music to his website and others
downloaded, he was jailed?
What about intellectual property right issues? I am seriously
concerned about such FREE FLOW of Nepali Musics.
Well, I am not against Doe's request, but, those who will
supply or who are supplying musics via email or website,
are you honest enough to respect the singer's right have
good life through his musics, you care only music but not
his state of life. Bihan beluka haat mukh jorna why not you
help through purchase of valid (legally ) musics? Well,
I also wanted to hear the musics of my fav. stars, but,
I am seriously looking for Legal copies.
Your contrbution : a few cents when accumulates, will be
good sum to our great stars, so that can work hard i.e.
without having to spend 10-5 job as a another
khan-piuna ko lagi unrelevant jagir..... Well, you might say
I need now, and I don't have place to buy it, but,
I do understand your situation and thirst, in that case why
don't you purposedly buy an album of same music when you
are back home or chances to buy, i.e. listen with due paid
later (but, no cheating). This can be brilliant way to respect your
music star and support his life and dedicatioin to his works,
and also to expect better musics from him.

yes, you can certainly download those videoclips. i have done so myself. but it takes about 3 hours minimum, can you believe it? anyway,it is worth the wait sometimes.
i don't actually recall the website name, but checkout the word 'nepali songs' in google search and you will certainly get through. you can even check through the hitsfm webpage, available at nepalnews.com

The question of copyright is a big issue in Nepal. But if you want to pay copy rights to your star then you should be paying copy rights to all the pirated videos, and music in Nepal. Now the question arises can Nepali people afford to pay copyright. The answer NO. People don't even have enought money to meet their daily needs and you MR HAHOO(like your name) come up with to make our poor people pay more ?
The point: I am sure you have purchased plenty of foreign music in Nepal. All the foreign music in Nepal is pirated. Its not fair on those foreign singers too. So if you start giving copyrights to Nepali singers then you are going to have to pay the import music too. Now the question is Can Nepali people afford that ? The simple answer NO.
In a country where there is no stability and no law and order it would be very hard to implement laws like you're talking about. We cannot even get our hands to prosecute criminals foget-bout copyrights. Its not going to happen.
And why only our(Nepali) stars ? Are you racist Mr Hahoo ......

JD, her name is Sharmila. I was at Image Channel waiting for my model for my music video. I saw her coming towards me, I was like, damn..what a beauty..yesss!
We finished the music video. It is kinda cheesy but she looks fine in it.
