Why fraud company?

Somebody have already posted this message before but you never explained what happened. It'll be great if you could explained what exactly happened. This will also help all to be cautious to buy from othe stores.

One good suggestion. Do not always run after cheap price. Reputation of the store, know somebody from that store etc can help you get ripped off before you buy from any cheap stores.

Like I said before Sasto Ramro Baliyo doesn't work anymore afte you fly from Tribhuvan Intn'l Airport.

Good Luck to all

This is a reply from the "accused company". We are, by no means a "fraud company". We purchase phone cards from many different suppliers. Our site clearly states that phone cards are not refundable unless the company we bought it from goes out of business and the phone card becomes worthless, then, we will replace it. The phone card company that produces the card is ultimately responsible by law for the performance of a card. The federal and state governments provide that they must have a customer service number to take care of problems that may arise. Every once in a while, a customer purchases a phone card, uses part of it, or in some cases is not satisfied with the response of the customer service response that they get, and wants us to refund or replace the card. We have been subjected to various forms of fraud by customers and suppliers over the last year that amount to well over $100,000 in losses. It is impossible for us to tell when a customer is lying, or when he is trying to commit fraud on us. Our only option is to abide by what the customer service department (who has records of all calls made) from what an individual company may determine is the case with any given card. We sometimes have individuals, which we believe is the case here, (we are 99% certain who this individual is, and if he persists in these actions will be subject to legal action) who become so irate that the $10 card that they purchased does perform to their expectations that they will go to any lengths to defame us. We operate on a referral marketing system, which has been very successful, meaning people tell their friends about our service. But you know, there is no way any company can have hundreds of thousands of customers without getting an irate customer once in a while. In this case we have an individual who is so incensed by his "loss of $10" which is not a loss at all, since the card can still be used that he has resorted to such extraordinary means as threats and actions such as these. God help him if he ever gets cheated out of tens, or hundreds of thousands of dollars as we have been.
