Return diplomatic passports After widespread abuse, the Foreign Ministry Thursday asked senior officials to return diplomatic passports issued to holders on completion of assignments, an official announcement said. --- Nepal Govt. is trying to control corruption and misuse of power. This is another attempt. But, it will also go into vain. Its all because of the peoples in power are themselves corrupts, well, Deoba may have good intentions, but, all most all his deputies are chor, fatah, and thugs, and one of them we had recently witnessed is Chiranjibi Wagle ..... It does not girija panel or Makune are clean. Makune saved Bhim Rawal last year. So, we can not have clean peoples in power. This announcement will also be in-effective at the end, when they find someone in power was misusing his or her red passport. What about Blue passport? I had hard to convince to a guy who came to Japan and came to my residence by making a thread of relation, mero cousin ko sriman ko maila hajur bako nati (in Nepal, when you need something, you can have establish such relationship). He was asking me "bhage ke huncha", my reply to him, "blue passport bhako manche bhagna hunna. Tapai bhage pachi tyo sarkari jagir k garnu huncha". He replied, "yasto paisa auuchha yaha. Tyo sarkari jagir k value. Promotion pani hunna. Sab source force lagaunu parcha .... K garne tyo jagir ma jhundiyera". I added my part, "Tyo jagir ko mulya jagir chode pachi thaha hunecha. Dui char lakh kamayera janu hola overstay bhayera, tyaspachi k? Bhanne samasya pheri auchha. Tyo pension jun Nepali jagire lai matra aaucha, tyo hernu bhako chha, retirned officer ra ek common byakti ko life style ma Budho bhe pachi. Pension khane budha budhi dekhi lahure sab le sukila sukila luga lagayeka hunchan, anikal ma bhat khan payeka chhan. . .. .. Tyasaile jagir nachhodnus. Ma budho bhe pachi pension nahune bhako le ma ekdam worried chhu. " .... Well, he returned, by saying "tapai le bhanu bhayeka kura thik hun, tara ma sochhu, mero yaha legally basna paune din pani dherai chha ajhai. Khali training pani nalie kan bhagou ki bhanne soche ko thiye, training bhainjel sochhu, ani j decide garchu, tyo ma tel bata tapai lai inform garne chhu..... ". After long time he departed from my place that morning, he telephoned from Narita Airport that he is returning to Nepal. He said, he realized that he should not leave the job, and ..... Well, later, when I was in Nepal, I found he did not return on the scheduled day, but, he returned on the day his visa was going to expire and he did worked the remaining months of visa expiry after formal training was over. So, such problem do exists everywhere. In Japan, many come here on Blue passports for higher studies, and they bring green passports when they are private trips to Nepal, when Nepali Embassy in Tokyo, did not extend their passport or gave new passport. Those Nepalis exploited the benefit doubt at immigration, by saying Green (general public) passport is continuation of old Blue (deplomatic) passport, and transferred the visa to new one. Thus, they left Nepal foreever . . . .. . Well, in US too, when I met one Nepali who was there on DV Visa plan, said there was one DSP saheb who went to USA on Diplomatic Passport (Blue colored PP) for a conference /training, he vanished inside USA. Well, I am sure some of Sajha.com posters know this story very well, because the DSP saheb lives around him in hide. I am writing all these issues, why? Its because what will govt. do to those who left Nepal on Diplomatic passport and later shifted to General passport and vanished, without informing govt. While Nepal govt. always cleared their POLICE reports, because most of them already got USA/Australian / Canadian Citizenship, where they need to submit police report from Nepal. So, Nepali govt. introduces many rules, many plans, but, they don't have cross checks, they don't have monitoring and finally, all those rules are exploited through loop holes. I am sure this time too, a few lonely guys , will be punished on behalf of all those bad guys who left Nepal. HG
