Nepal is a qualifying country to enter the USA DV 2004 Green Card Lottery.
Try your luck and enter the Diversity Lottery 2004 and possibly get a greencard and live in the United States as a Permanent Resident.

Dear friends !!
It's me suraj from Middle east just i want to know about this US Green card lottery. If i want to submit this forum i must need visa card,Master card or some cards from Bank?otherwais i can not use Internernet card if i can plz help me to out i can or not? bye

you don't need a card to apply to DV lottery....its for free.
All you need to do is to post the application in the specified format and time.
