I know exactly where Tarai is. And those people are always going to be 2nd prefernce. And it happens everywhere maybe you need to go take a lesson in civics. Here in Us Whites 1st class, Blacks, orientals, hispanics 2nd class, and the rest are citizens 101. Its the same back home. Those tarai basi are always going to be 2nd class. like it or not.
