Good one Conventioneer ji!
Agree with asiantric, I think your poem sums up the convention well. For me the highlight was definitely women's basketball and meeting long lost friends. Bar was good, I'm not suprised it got emptied. Cultural program went on and on, concert started late, banquet had the not fully cooked rice, other than that I can't think of anything to complain. It was a big four day event and I know the organizers(I know some of them) worked very hard to make it a success. It did turn out to be a blast.
Why are you so negative V-oltaire ji? Did you even attend the poetry compettition? Don't denigrate other people's aspirations.

Man, You should not give up your day job. The convention might have been great but your painting of the picture with this "CRAPPY" poem of your's just spoiled it. Man I wish I have never stumbled upon your creation you call a poem here but oh well... Please do not write any more poems in the future.

Dear God! Help me from these so-called poems! Nepali poetry has not moved an inch from the era of Bhanubhakta. Nothing wrong with that I suppose, but just questioning the quality of all these poems. Why are mountains always green and beautiful? Why are they never brown and sunk in down down below the earth? Why does everybody loves so much the country one left behind? Why doesnot even a single freaking soul hate the matribhumi? What the hell is this? The "Poetry!" Rhyming seems to be the diamond chariot that these poets think will take them to the golden land of Kabidom!

Poem is okay nepali engilish miseko, not all that but still informative.
Really, the pandit said that binayak is started by all religion, can some body shed some light on this??
