Yes it's our duty to help need daju bhai in Nepal but I don't think it's a good idea to collect some pennies and give them. renovate school, etc. Sponsoring a kid if you can do until the finish then may be it's ok to make one more successful person. It'll give you more satisfaction on your side rather than recipient's standing in his own foot.

If you look into a big picture, we are ruining our own daju bhai, because now they'll become more LAZY. We have been doing this for last forty years. We don't work by ourselves but wait for somebody to come and help us. When will learn to stand ourselves and build ourselves.

When somebody comes and builds you house, first of all you'll not understand the value of that house, second you will not be able to maintain it.

Therefore the best thing is teach them how to sustain. For example, doing business. Like let's say there are lots of Chiuri in that village. Teach them how to bring those to nearest cities and trade them. Make some kind of community group, everytime they trade, out of that money some percentage have to go to the community. That money needs to divide for like school renovation, drinking water projects, buying some seeds for expanding the farm etc. BUT one at a time. Remember, nothing will happen in one night.

We as a smart, educated, advanced Bros. let's help them marketing, teach the basic skills.
