Way to go!!! Now, they will be playing One Day Internationals against the likes of Pakistan's Shoaib AKhtar, India's Sachin Tendulkar and Sri Lanka'a Muttiah Muralitharan. Wonder how the diminutive Nepali players are going to cope with that!! Anyway, they have been rewarded with what they had dreamt of, playing in the same field alongside Sachin Tendulkar and co.
And why on hell do the Nepalese selectors persist with the useless so called "senior" players? What has Paresh Lohani done in the international tournaments? Under- 19 opener Yashwant Subedi or Kanishka Chaugain may be fitter in that position. Raju Khadka, he is the captain!!! Does he contribute with either bat or ball? And what is wrong with Nepalese wicket keepers? The wicket keeper is the last man in the batting order! Do not they know that the wicket keeper must be a decent bat? Or do they not find anyone in the country? Anyway, the U19 squad would defeat the senior side! Draft all those youngsters in the side and Nepal will be a better team! And the coach, himself being a batting superstar, does not seem to inject even a fraction of his skills into the batsmen! When will they learn to bat?
Despite all these complaints, congratulations to the entire squad and hope you will even manage to win the trophy on the 21st!
