i had subway sandwitch. ek mahina dekhi bhuteko bhaat ko lunch le 'gota badhiyera' tension chha ke! chillo ra piro le rear end lai sadhai tension :)

Riva, I wish I knew how to make momo or golveda-til ko achar. Momo ko muja muja parna aaudaina. achar ko bare ma ta jhan...
Afule ta momo ra achar duitai magera lyayeko. khatara thiyo!!!

chandre bro burito was not bad...may be because i was hungry....but this friday i am gonna make huge nepali lunch ..have invited bunch of sathi....
i have learned to make chicken curry mixed with dahi....

It is simple, cook chicken curry first and then mix dahi later. :-)

Hell ya riva...
first cut those oninions....garlics...and whatever you can....and then..you can get plain yogourt in picknsave get that one....and make sure you buy chicken thighs( they are good combination)...
put some oil in the pot(make sure its a little big).....fry those oninions(its good if you could get green onions too), you can add green chillis to you taste...and other stuffs( you know you should make them grey)....and then put chicken and salt to your taste......fry them for five to eight minutes...now you should have those packed masalas ready( you can get them in indian store...sorry i havent yet seen nepali store yet)...about masalas you must be perfect than me....and fry them for five more minutes....or you can fry them more...
Now you need to add enough dahi...and tamatos..(make sure you have enough tomatos)...
mix everything nicely....now add like one glass of water...and cover everythign untill you think its ready to eat....
and yes...don forget to add finely cut cilantro when everything is cooked...

After reading this thread i came to Few conclusions!!
1. If you wanna take a breath away from Nepali living abroad, then talk about MOMO. DON"T TALK ABOUT MOMO!! Pleeeeeeease!! Me dying for it. Tyo Ason ko galli ma left turn, Tyo momo ko pasal, tyo momo ko "kuppan", sauni ko smile, sauji lai tension -- tyo masu ko kima lai pyaj, dhaniya, adua lasun ko paste ma tori ko tel mix garera BESKANA MOlera Maida ko roti ma masu lai rakhera mujja mujja mujja paarera Steam gareko momo lai til ko achar sanga khaaako.... Chandre reminded me!!
2. It looks like, if you wanna take a Nepali Girl to a DATE, then take her for MOMO. what say RIVA? The guy would be asking to a Nepali girl as "So which momo Place would you prefer on our first date? kalimati ko kalcha ko momo, ki ranjana ko cornor ko momo, ki sui-mai momo, everest momo, safa momo, ki Farshi momo???"
3. The last book MG read was "karamchand"???? He loves BDMS>> "where are all those hot fat lookin' indian ladies"??? right MG?
my last book??? "Lukeko samaj" -- I was reading it in my class room, when my teacher saw me, and i was busted....!! Lukeko samaj!

Last book I read is Nilo Choli in Nepali Language. In English it is human digest. I mag. it is playboy.
