TYPICAL GORKHENIS IN AAMRIKA:
1. Short, dark, hairy, chinky-eyed, little runt who likes to dress up like a white chic.
2. Loves Pakis - Tele-serial hangover (gorkhenis think all Pakis are cool).
3. Always carries chocolates (candy) or pau (titaura) in her hand-bag and seems to be licking her fingers 24x7.
4. Gorkheni loves to watch desi movies, songs, food, clothes, etc.
5. In few months of arrival to Aamrika, gorkheni puts on 15 pounds (thighs, buttocks, and face).
6. Gorkhenis esp from St. Mary's think they are all that high-fi stuff and drools for white dudes. Poor gal, white guys don't go for midgety ass dark skinned "asian" chics.
7. Gorkenis always look for opportunities to show off their "dress" and all that 10 Carat gold jewellry (some of them are fake).
8. If there is any opportunity, gorkhenis will use gorkhe dude (free apt, food, ride to malls, etc). Most gorkhe dudes seems to fall in their trap.
9. Gorkhenis think they are "wholesome amrikans" and tend to look down upon gorkhe dudes. They put all efforts to date white dudes - doesn't matter who they are as long as they are white. At the end gorkhenis come up with their tails behind their ass to the savior "gorkhe dudes."
10. Gorkhenis are basically "white wannabees" - stuck up with that illusionary feeling.

So, by Gorkhenis, are you referring to magars, rais, limbus, etc, i.e. the oriental type, or are you referring to all Nepalis?

could you clarify what "DRESSING LIKE A WHITE CHICK" means? I don't know which category i'd fall in but i dress normal, there's summer clothes, winter clothes, fall and spring clothes, and going out clothes. is that dressing like white, black , hispanic, chinese?

I feel terrible pity for MadMax who is yet to see a beautiful, tall, hot Nepalese girl. Would you stop going to those typical nepali parties and take a break and look somewhere else where some (even tho few) girls are more than you can imagine! My point is: I never had to go shop for guys like that, they always came to my doorstep - be it Nep, US or any others, So why you guys complaining about??? Just look at yourself 1st and shut up. TOo much generalization here. YYou are giving a freaky impression of closed container nepali mentality here idiots.

What wrong with guys wearing American clothes. Personally, if I could buy those "value for money" hongkong bazaar stuff I would have. Too bad it's worn out now but I keep those labels dearly.
And what's wrong with gals being American or looking pretty. The day they stop looking pretty with vanity fair, I'd buy a big beach poster and have a corona .....
Waht's more important is how one treats you. No one is perfect .... education, politeness are good. But it matters jack, if they are jack. As long as the other person is nice to you, their looks or clothes doesn't matter.
One last thing, do wear something. If you really wanna take it all off, there's always wimbledon .......
LAst thing again: 1974 ko concert enjoy gara hai. It was welcoming ...... got to relive those crazy high schools day and acting immature.

Damn, you guys sure have lots of time on your hands to be coming to chat here for this long. But its your life so I ain't gon' tell you people how to live your lives. Its cool.
Anyway, some you people are weird though. For real. You are talking as though you peeps wear your daura surwal/chaubandi choli when you're walking around 'round the block. Its 21 century man, surely you dont expect people to be as traditional as they were 20 years ago. You gotta keep your pace with time.
