We are friends of SukulGunda.
The reason SukulGunda closed shop
1. The Executive Committee were split into two factions.
One became the political wing and the other, military wing.
Military Wing faction are now lying low, raising money to fight a new war in Nepal. The military wing is under the command of S. So far, they have raised US$ 14,000. They are planning to start a 10 platoon armed forces. Each platoon will have 30 members. Their goal is to kill all 205 MPs and all corrupt leaders. And they will take on the Maoist leadership. They have signed a new deal with the Russians. A truck load of AK-47 is heading towards their secret Headquarter in Thamel.
The political wing is going the democratic way. Two members of the SG party will be up for election in Kathmandu. They are being backed up carpet factory owners and other businessman but are independent and not affiliated with any other political parties. The SG Political wing has a close relationship with the Palace, ROyal Nepalese Army.
The Military wing is planning to be like the right-wing paramilitary force aka Colombia but they don't plan on killing any women, children or innocent civillians. THey don't want to make the mistakes like the Israelis.
The Military wing, board of directors are all RNA officers and the platoons will be commanded by the fresh Lt. Officers of the RNA.
The Political wing has many members. Most of them do post here in Sajha. The reason SukulGunda is dead is because they want to bury the past and move ahead. The underground members of Sukulgunda are now receiving training from the CIA and most of them are working as foreign analysts for the CIA.

his happened with this website called Sukulgunda.com which was really popular among the nepalese before Sajha.com was even born. People simply loved that site. I don't know the exact reason why it suddenly disappeared but my guess is this. They had a forum similar to the kurakani (well, maybe not in the same format) where people just loved to post interesting, thought provoking, meaningful at the same time funny, stuff that didn't make any sense,and sometimes demeaning, degrading and filthy postings. Then later, what the site admin did was filter people, and it was made difficult for people to view postings, like they had to log in every time they wanted to post or read something which isn't that big of a deal. but the whole idea did not seem appealing. I can't really explain in words but the process was too intimidating. Gradually, as time passed by, the popularity of sukulgunda especially the much popular forum diminished and finally the site itself vanished from the world wide web!
Not that the same thing will happen to Sajha, but just a caution to the site admin that people might not show any interest at all, if too much of restrictions are applied thereby leading sajha to be another sukulgunda on the block!!
