Back home in Kathmandu I rarely used to listen to Nepali songs! I still remember my mummy used to get hooked up with radio Nepal listening to all the songs that I NOW like so much (well most of them; including most of the classical ones)

Told that to mummy and she goes on to say '' Well it's just a matter of time'' ; ''when you become mature you tend to like your own culture, your own people everything you didn't used to like before'' I FOUND IT QUITE TRUE WHAT SHE SAID.

My room despite being located at a busy London street; once I enter it, feels like living in my own home back at Kantipathl with all the Nepali songs i play, the food & no doubt about the decorations. So homely atmosphere.

Thought about marrying an English girl whom I fancied but thought about what my mummy told me ''when you become wise/mature/ old ; you tend to like your own people, own culture, everything you didn't used to like back home in Kathamandu''
